Dear Tufts community,

We are delighted that Global Tufts Month begins tomorrow! During the month of March, Tufts’ schools, centers, and student organizations will host events with a global focus related to this year’s theme: “Confronting Global Challenges to Human Well-being—Together.” These events—open to faculty, staff, and students—will showcase Tufts’ breadth of global engagement and promote connection and dialogue university-wide on this important and timely theme. We are also hosting a Fulbright Information Session for faculty.

With a diverse event line-up, from expert panels to film screenings to student symposia and workshops, it promises to be a robust month. Here is a sampling of a few of the upcoming events:

Fulbright Information Session

We invite faculty to learn more about the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program at a virtual information session on Monday, March 13 at 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. 2022-2023 Fulbright Scholar Kimberly Theidon (Fletcher) will join to discuss her experience at La Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and answer questions.

We look forward to celebrating our community’s robust global engagement throughout March.

Warm regards,
