As Associate Director, Jean helps faculty to grow as inclusive teachers. She offers one-on-one consultations and programming that invite faculty to reflect on how they might foster equity, community, and wellbeing through their teaching. Jean brings experience supporting faculty and graduate student instructors at the teaching center at Boston University. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Yale University and has taught literature and writing at the college and high school levels.
