Carie Cardamone
Carie brings expertise in assessment, STEM & professional school pedagogies, and AI to the transformation of courses and curricula. She supports faculty across Tufts' colleges, including those in the Sciences, Engineering, Medical, Dental, and Veterinary schools. Carie employs both quantitative and qualitative approaches in her research on educational innovations and development, assisting faculty in applying scholarly practices to their roles as educators.
Her work is informed by her experience integrating the science of learning and innovative technology to develop engaging curricula. She has held roles as an Assistant Professor of Astronomy at Wheelock College, a postdoctoral fellow in Physics at MIT, and the Associate Director of Sciences at Brown University’s teaching center.
