Nicholas Covaleski

Assistant Director

As Assistant Director, Nicholas contributes to the development of CELT programing to collaborate with faculty across disciplines, focusing on experiential education and the uses of AI as a tool for teaching and learning. Nicholas brings experience teaching bioethics to graduate students at Harvard Medical School and religious studies and writing to undergraduates at Boston University. He earned his PhD from Boston University specializing in religion, ethics, and technology, and is the author of the book Frontiers in American Religion: Myth, Technology, and the Making of a Pioneering People (Bloomsbury, 2026).
