From the North
If you are approaching on Routes 1, 95, 128 or 93, take Route 93 south to Exit 32, Medford Square. From the exit ramp, take the first right off the traffic circle, which is Route 60 west. At the second set of lights, bear left on Main Street and take an immediate right on to Route 16 west.

*Continue on Route 16 for approximately one and a quarter miles. Bear left through the next traffic circle and proceed up the hill on Powder House Boulevard. At the third traffic light turn left onto Packard Avenue. You are now on the Tufts campus. Proceed to the top of the hill and take the fourth right onto North Hill Road. Follow North Hill Road to the end and turn left into the parking garage which is located in Dowling Hall. As on-street parking at 108 Bromfield is restricted to Somerville residents only, garage patrons should purchase a token for $5 before exiting.

Take the elevator to the 7th floor of Dowling Hall. Exit Dowling Hall and walk over the footbridge which connects Dowling Hall to the academic quad. As you pass through the faculty/staff parking lot, you will find Packard Hall on your right. Follow the path onto the academic quad. Walk straight across the academic quad, toward Ballou Hall, and take the pathway down where you will pass Goddard Chapel on your right and then Tish Library on your left. You will then come to Professors Row, take a left and follow it to the end and take a right on College Avenue then an immediate left onto Dearborn Road. Bromfield Road will be the first street on the right and the CELT center is the first house on the right, 108.

From the Northwest
If you are approaching on Route 2 East, continue on Route 2, past the junction of Routes 2 and 95. If you are approaching on Route 3, take Route 95 south to Route 2 east (Exit 29A). At the junction of Routes 2 and 16, bear left through a full traffic light on Route 16 east.

**Take Route 16 east through two full traffic lights. You will see blue signs on the right for Tufts University. Follow the blue signs and take a sharp right up the hill on Powder House Boulevard. At the third traffic light turn left onto Packard Avenue. You are now on the Tufts campus. Proceed to the top of the hill and take the fourth right onto North Hill Road. Follow North Hill Road to the end and turn left into the parking garage which is located in Dowling Hall. Follow walking directions listed above.

From the West or Southwest
If you are approaching on Routes 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) or 95 take Route 95 north to Route 2 east (Exit 29A). At the junction of Routes 2 and 16, bear left through a full traffic light on Route 16 east and refer to directions in the preceding paragraph.**

From the South or Boston
If you are coming from the south, take Route 3 north to Route 93 north. If coming from Boston, take Route 93 north. If coming from the airport, follow signs to Route 93 via the Sumner Tunnel. Take Route 93 north to Exit 31. Follow the exit ramp to Route 16 west and refer to directions in the first paragraph.*

Public Transportation

Subway
If you are coming by subway, or “T”, take the Red Line to the Davis Square Station. Exit the Davis Square Station on the College Avenue side. You may take a free Tufts Shuttle Bus from Davis Square to Professors Row, otherwise it is about a 10 minute walk to 108 Bromfield Road. To walk, exit onto College Avenue from the “T” station and go right. You will come to Powder House Circle, continue on Warner Street, which will be directly across the traffic circle, and take the first left onto Bromfield Road. Walk all the way down Bromfield Road, the CELT will be the last building on the left just before the intersection with Dearborn Road.

Logan Airport
Board the Silver Line Waterfront Bus at the front of your airport terminal. Ride to South Station (15-20 minutes) and get off the bus. At South Station, board the Red Line (subway) to Davis Square, about a 20-30 minute ride. **Exit the subway on the College Avenue side and follow the directions listed above.

Amtrak/Bus (from South Station)
Board the Red Line off the subway and take it to the Davis Square Station and **refer to directions in the preceding paragraph to walk or take the bus to the Tufts campus.
