In the summer of 2024, a Faculty Housing Task Force was convened to research, propose, and implement new programming to support Tufts faculty in their home buying searches. The task force curated a suite of housing support programs and benefits to help faculty purchase a home. Many of these offerings are available to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff, while the Mortgage Assistance Program, in this pilot phase, is for eligible full-time, tenure stream (or equivalent in the Cummings School) faculty.
