"As an independent, academic center, our only goal with this event is to bring together people on the cutting edge of science, financing, policymaking, and more for productive discussion. In the last year, the field has evolved and matured signifcantly. Our speakers will collectively chart a path forward for cellular agriculture and beyond." - Professor David Kaplan, Director, Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture
