This year, Cellular Agriculture Innovation Day will focus on addressing the challenges facing cellular agriculture, industry evolution in the context of the current political environment, and approaches to accelerate translation of research.

On Friday, January 10, 2025, Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture will host a half-day research symposium featuring talks from faculty, students, and postdocs across the Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture’s research portfolio.
The event typically features 100-200 influential individuals (invite-only), including representatives from:
- Leading start-ups (Tender Food, UPSIDE, Perfect Day, Vow, Tomorrow Farms, Ark Biotech)
- Established companies (Thermo Fisher, Milipore Sigma, Corning)
- Investors (The Engine, Flagship Ventures, Meach Cove Capital, Synthesis Capital)
- Government (USDA, FDA, State of Massachusetts)
