The Office of Institutional Research serves as a resource for the Tufts University community, providing accurate and timely information to a variety of stakeholders. We provide data, topical research, and analytical support to University decision makers in order to help support informed planning and decision making.
Each year, the Office of Institutional Research staff facilitates a multitude of student outcomes assessment projects, major survey research projects, and program evaluations. In addition, the Office prepares the University Fact Book and the University Dashboard, and serves in a coordinating capacity to insure the expeditious completion of external data requests. For some specific examples, please see our Annual Report (PDF).
Members of the staff also provide consultation on research design, survey construction, outcomes assessment and evaluation to the University community and the Institutional Research community, nationally and internationally.
The NEASC Fifth-Year Interim Report and acceptance letter are available on the Accreditation link above.
