Provost Aubry
Nadine Aubry became Provost and Senior Vice President of Tufts University. As Provost, she is the chief academic officer of Tufts University, overseeing eight schools as well as multiple cross-school programs, centers, and institutes.
The Office of the Provost is responsible for setting institutional and budgetary priorities that advance the University’s mission. This team ensures that our educational and research programs are of the highest quality by working closely with faculty, staff, alumni, and students to fulfill the University’s goals and aspirations. The Office of the Provost is also responsible for the Athletics department, the library system, international and industry collaborations, and the ten Boards of Advisors.
What are Provost Pop-Ups?
Beginning in Fall 2019, Provost Aubry will be attending Tufts Community events, as well as planning new events hosted by the Office of the Provost. The aim is for Provost Aubry to visit and spend time on the various Tufts campuses in order to support diverse members of the Tufts Community, while giving the Tufts Community a chance to learn about resources available at the Office of the Provost.
Provost Pop-Ups are a series of events sponsored by the Office of the Provost and is open to students, faculty, and staff members of the Tufts Community who wish to engage with Provost Aubry.
What is the goal?
The goal of Provost Pop-Ups is for Provost Aubry to engage with students, faculty, and staff at a variety of Tufts events. This informal forum will help Tufts Community members learn more about the role of the Provost, as Provost Aubry interacts with students to gauge how to best serve the Tufts Community.
