As Associate Director,\u00a0Jean<\/span> helps faculty to grow as inclusive teachers. She offers one-on-one consultations and programming that invite faculty to reflect on how they might foster equity, community, and wellbeing through their teaching. Jean<\/span> brings experience supporting faculty and graduate student instructors at the teaching center at Boston University.
