Jonathan Kaplan directs the activities of the university\u2019s Boards of Advisors Program, collaborating with board members and senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for Tufts University\u2019s ten Boards of Advisors. Jonathan joins us from University Advancement where, since 2012, he served as Senior Associate Director of Alumni Relations. A proud Tufts graduate, he has worked in the Tufts Alumni Office since 2005 and worked previously in the Career Center. As director, Jonathan also supports initiatives in the Provost\u2019s Office related to the T10 Strategic Plan, campaign planning and communications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nancy Humphrey oversees the operations of the Boards of Advisors Program. She has over 25 years of meeting and event management experience at the university. In collaboration with the Director, Nancy plans and executes all board meetings and related events and activities. She manages the program\u2019s finances and historical records and directs the activities of program staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Calicia Mullings<\/h2>\n

Calicia Mullings manages the advisor membership processes, board meeting minutes, and organizes the Tufts Innovation conferences and events. She returned to Tufts in 2023, having previously served in the Office of Alumni Engagement from 2005-2008. Calicia worked at her alma mater Cornell University for fourteen years managing alumni programs and activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Julie Wall is the Program Coordinator for the Boards of Advisors Office, working closely with the Program Manager she helps to plan, manage, and execute the events and meetings for all of the boards. Julie is also responsible for coordinating and posting all board meeting materials and for overseeing and maintaining office communications as well as the database system. She has previous experience in education and administrative work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
