RIDE AND ROUTE INFORMATION:

Start Venue: Campus Green outside of Ballou Hall, Quad side
6:30 am Check in #1 opens for groups A, B, C & D
7:00 departure for group D
7:10 departure for group C
7:20 departure for group B
7:30 departure for group A
7:45 am Check in #2 opens for groups E & F
8:20 departure for group F
8:30 am departure for group E

Midpoint venue: Grafton Campus, Campus Center
12:15-1:30 Riders in group A, B, C, E, and F expected to arrive in Grafton for a lunch reception/refuel event
1:30 Bus will depart for riders in group E/F (44) for Medford

Finish Venue: Campus Green outside of Ballou Hall, Quad side
Riders in group D are expected to arrive at the finish line between 8:30-9:30
Riders in group E/F (44) (taking the bus back from Grafton) are expected to arrive in Medford around 2:30
Riders in group A, B, C, and E/F (88) expected to arrive in Medford between 3:00-5:00
Finish line reception 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

DAY-OF-RIDE INFORMATION:

Check-in and Departures
Check-in and departure times for the 18, 44, 88, and 100 mile rides will be posted here, once available.

Refreshments and Campus Stops
Each campus stop will include refreshments for riders and supporters. Beverages include water, Gatorade, juice, iced tea, coffee and hot teas. Other refreshments provided at campus stops include oranges, bagels with cream cheese, granola and protein bars and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

What to Bring

  • Bike
  • 2 water bottles
  • Money and picture ID (for emergencies only)
  • Tire tube
  • Helmet
  • Eye protection
  • Sunscreen

Ride Support
Members of the Tufts Cycling Team will serve as ride leaders and can offer assistance, but please be prepared to handle your own flats and minor repairs.  In addition, Quad Cycles will provide a support vehicle for the riders who experience major technical difficulty.

Finish Line Reception
Celebrate the day and your successful ride with family and friends at the Post Ride Reception following the ride at approximately 3:00pm outside of Ballou Hall. Invite your colleagues and family to attend in support of the ride!
