The Multi Ethnic Graduate Alliance Recruiter (MEGAR) program is designed to support departmental efforts to recruit underrepresented students. This program will train current graduate students to aid academic departments in their diversity recruitment efforts. The MEGARs provide targeted services for campus visits by prospective students considering graduate stud y at Tufts University. MEGAR has two main goals:
To introduce prospective graduate students to the rich diversity that nourishes community at Tufts and the Medford/Somerville, Boston and Grafton campuses.
To enhance, diversify and foster community in the graduate experience at Tufts University.
