Mutual Mentoring Mini-Grants

Professional development is evolving as we enter a new phase in higher education.  More flexible approaches to mentoring are emerging in which no single mentor is expected to possess the expertise that faculty need for career advancement and satisfaction in a global and technologically enhanced environment.  Mutual Mentoring allows faculty to set up networks of colleagues including peers, senior faculty, near peers, administrators, librarians or students.  CELT offers mini-grants for faculty who wish to set up their own network of colleagues to provide support in their career.
