In October 2012, President Monaco and I announced the launch of Tufts: The Next 10 Years (T10), a university-wide strategic planning initiative. We are excited to now share with you the Prelude to the Strategic Plan . This document reflects work completed in the first phase of the T10 process by the four core committees, seven working groups, and the steering committee.
The Prelude to the Strategic Plan is designed to stimulate conversation during the public phase of the planning process. It is our sincerest hope that this document will inspire you to get engaged with our strategic planning effort and have your voice heard. The first step in the engagement process is a number of open and closed-ended survey questions that can be accessed within the Prelude document. To review the Prelude document and to see the latest list of T10 engagement opportunities, please visit the Tufts strategic planning website. Engagement opportunities will include our new blog The Conversation as well as focus groups, open meetings, school-based conversations, and office hours.
This is an important time in Tufts’ history, as together we determine what Tufts will become. We are enthusiastic about the possibilities and look forward to working with you.
