- Works with legal counsel on bylaw revisions and legal matters
- Monitors PAFs (Personnel Action Forms) and other actions for full-time faculty
- Supports Trustee Academic Affairs Committee and Provost's Council

- Is responsible for oversight and fiscal management of Office of the Provost budgets and discretionary accounts. Is Budget Fiscal Officer (BFO) of the Provost's Office, Provost's laboratory, Office of the Vice Provost, Office for Technology Licensing & Industry Collaboration, Boards of Overseers office, Digital Collections and Archives, Tufts Institute for the Environment, WSSS, Institute for Global Leadership, Fares Center, European Center, Department of Laboratory Animal Medicine, and Office of Institutional Research & Evaluation
- Manages Human Resources responsibilities for Provost's units
- Assists with management of the Vice Provost's office
- Provides high level of oversight of IT systems and websites for the Vice Provost's office
- Edits and publishes Research News @ Tufts, an online newsletter
- Provides oversight of Research Days

- Manages Associate Provost Lee's grant proposals, including researching and preparing application, developing budget, co-writing and editing proposal and all required reports, collecting and compiling supporting documents, and coordinating submission
- Assists in drafting, editing, and coordinating submission of articles written for publication
- Coordinates the University Seminar program and the Academic Leadership Development Program
- Is liaison to the University-wide Committee on Ethics, and coordinates UCTFD meetings and e-list
- Manages websites for UCTFD/faculty development, University Seminar, University-wide Committee on Ethics

- Schedules faculty meetings and maintains records of faculty minutes for AS&E, A&S, Engineering, GSAS and the College of Special Studies
- Supports several AS&E Committees: T&P Committee, B&P Committee, Executive Committee, Committee on Committees, the Curriculum Committee for A&S and Engineering, and the Faculty Advisory Board.
- Maintains historical data on AS&E committees, including procedural documentation, annual committee lists, committee election results etc.

- Updates Committee Membership Lists, Info Book and New Faculty Bios annually
