Michelle Hinkle Administrative Director
	Works with the Provost and Vice Provost to assure that the Boards of Overseers function as a cohesive program Coordinates board membership and overseer nomination process Works with senior administration, the chair of the Council of the Boards of Overseers, and the leadership team of each board to prepare meeting agendas and track ongoing issues for follow-up Assists in development and implementation of new strategies to serve board members, including orientation for new overseers Along with the Advisor to the Provost, manages logistics and planning associated with the International Board/Tufts in the World program Develops and monitors department budget
Nancy Humphrey Program Coordinator
	Coordinates and facilitates logistics for meetings and events that require Overseer attendance Provides administrative support to the office and the program by drafting and generating Overseer correspondence and orientation materials Manages and maintains program files and comprehensive database system of Overseer historical records
Patricia A. Kelly Program Assistant
	Aids in planning for and staffing board meetings and events; acts as special liaison to the International Board of Overseers and Tufts in the World program Provides administrative support to the administrative director, office and the program by preparing meeting materials, following up on attendance and logistical plans Maintains office and Tufts in the World web sites
